Peras app demo: Clawd and the Codex companion above their own usage bars

Demo week · actual Peras app

Claude Code weekly limit: choose a stopping point

Read the usage window, then decide where guarded work pauses.

Peras reads the usage Claude Code supplies through its status line and checks your configured rules at supported hooks. Its weekly line refers to that provider-reported window, not a calendar week you can move.

Set a weekly pause

npx peras-cli setup
npx peras-cli set weekly 85 pause
npx peras-cli status

Node 18+ is required. Restart sessions after setup. At a crossed pause line, guarded tool calls are refused and the turn ends. Use npx peras-cli why to inspect the reason and npx peras-cli resume 1h if you intend to lift it for an hour.

What 85% means

It is a configured threshold against the available reading. Usage is account-wide, including other activity; prompt and project attribution are estimates. Stale readings can delay the pause, so 85% is not a guaranteed maximum.

Peras cannot increase your allowance, choose a new reset day or repair a provider quota bug. Check Claude's own usage display for your current allowance and reset. No fixed plan token counts are promised here.

Free guard, optional app
